Who We Are

Hi, I'm Eric. A teacher at heart, a school administrator by day, and a cookie artist by night. Good Egg Cookie Co.'s mission is simple, to make cookies that taste as good as they look, and look as good as they taste! How many times have you found the most beautifully decorated sugar cookie, paid an arm and a leg for it, and then finally taken a bite to find that it's just...bad. Stale, flavorless, rock hard, we've all been there. Good Egg Cookie Co. aims to challenge the idea that you have to choose between looks and taste.

Why “Good Egg” ?

Growing up, my younger brother had a speech impediment and struggled to pronounce many words, including my name. He called me "Eck," which often sounded more like, "Egg." As family friends started to hear him call me that, they adopted it too, and long after the speech impediment went away, the Egg nickname stuck. As I got older and started accomplishing goals (graduations, jobs, promotions, etc.), the highest compliment I could receive was, "You're such a Good Egg!" Hence, the company name - we're awfully proud of these cookies and we like to think they're worthy of the "Good Egg" name.
